So I'm trying to find some seats. On one hand, I can get Recaro Pole Positions, but they're like 800 dollars a seat. On the other, Corbeau sells their FX1 Pro seats for 320 dollars a seat. Both of these seats are before the cost of the brackets needed to get the seat in my car.
My question is, what makes Recaro's worth 800 dollars vs Corbeau's 300?
Other another choice is the Sparco Evo 2 (780 usd).

Of you're on a budget I'd go with Corbeau but if not just throw money at what ever but here's the thing if you want two you can get two Corbeaus for less than one of the others.

See I you can find somewhere to do a test sit.
It's all about comfort, and the priciest seat may not fit your body as well. I never bought them, but I almost put aluminum Kirkey's in my Miata because they were the only seats I could get made small enough. I think I needed a 12 inch seat base and they were the only ones to offer anything that small.

The Corbeaus may be on the cheap side, but I will say that even their cheap seats are very high quality. They make great stuff.

look into sabelt seats. My sparcos had a lot of flex if I didn't bolt the backs to the cage seatbelt was a stiffer seat and came in at a good price point.

We use Corbaus in our LeMon. They are pretty good.

I have the FX1 Pros in the Miata. Fairly comfortable. Corbeaus on rails sit pretty high, something to think about if you're tall. For me, I had to cut the rear posts on the seat and bolt it to the floor. I've heard that the Recaros have a lower profile.

we just got a forza. great build quality, but im 6'-even, 180lbs and its toeing the line on my being able to fit. We have a 220lbs guy wanting to join our team, he may be fucked (unless he buys a new seat)

I can't say for sure I sat in one...but I checked sizes. Kirkey made the smallest seat I could find. Every seat I sat in that was supposed to be for small people felt huge to me. When I measured myself, kirkey made the only seat even close to fitting. I'm 6' and have a 28" waist...I don't fit the standard body type...

I'm 6' but at the opposite end of the spectrum. It's a struggle not being average.
